About Us

In 1993, Mr. Aronoff joined Scotia Group Management, LLC, as an Asset Manager and now is the owner and the designated broker. He is responsible for the strategic planning and growth of the company, as well as assisting clients with their apartment acquisitions. Mr. Aronoff currently directs a portfolio of twenty-four apartment communities, three retail/office properties and its 140 employees.

Mr. Aronoff has been a distinguished figure in Arizona Property Management for 19 years with experience in both residential and commercial Property Management. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and is a member of the Arizona Multi housing Association (AMA). He also serves as the Treasurer for the Steven M. Gootter Foundation and in recent years the Handmaker Home for the Aging Board in Tucson.

Mr. Aronoff has five years of project management experience in development of automation equipment for manufacturing at IBM, where he received the very prestigious "IBM Invention Achievement Award". After receiving his M.B.A., Mr. Aronoff joined the corporate office of Greyhound Lines in an executive development program and was responsible for marketing, accounting, real estate, maintenance, and information systems.

Mr. Aronoff holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. in Finance and Management from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, he has several honors from the University of Texas and the University of Arizona.

In 2000, Mrs. Pacheco joined Scotia Group Management, LLC, as a Regional Property Supervisor. She has recently been promoted to Director of Multifamily Operations and currently oversees a total of 10 residential properties plus an HOA. She is responsible for approximately 65 employees including Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing and Maintenance personnel. She is also responsible for Multi Family Operations within Scotia Group Management which includes policies and procedures for all residential properties as well as personnel. Mrs. Pacheco has been involved in several apartment acquisitions in which she has prepared business plans including budgets and conducted due diligence.

Mrs. Pacheco has 23 years experience in the Property Management field with 20 years as a Property Supervisor. She also worked as an Account Executive for For Rent Magazine for two years where she sold and implemented many advertising and marketing programs for Management Companies as well as individual owners.

Mrs. Pacheco is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona; she also is a member of the Arizona Multi-housing Association. She currently serves on the AMA board of Directors and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). She has served on the Tucson AMA board of directors as a Vice President, Secretary / Treasurer and as Trade Show Chair. She has also been involved in many AMA committees such as the Trade Show committee and the Golf Tournament Committee. Mrs. Pacheco also currently serves as the Secretary on the Tucson Chapter of IREM.

In 2004, Mrs. Morganstern joined Scotia Group Management, LLC, and is currently the Regional Supervisor for nine residential properties. Mrs. Morganstern has a strong understanding of emerging industry trends that have an impact on business operations and how to use them for aggressive management and careful oversight of our properties.

Mrs. Morganstern has over twenty-four years of leadership and supervisory experience, nine years of experience as a multi-site supervisor for Real Estate Investment Trusts. Two years of experience as a multi-site supervisor for Public Housing, Tax Credit (section 42) and Bond properties for the Spokane Housing Authority. Her current responsibilities include the day-to-day operations and the financial performance of her portfolio. She has the innate ability to achieve and exceed the specific financial goals set by employers within a specified time period.

Mrs. Morganstern has been nominated twice for the esteemed honor of Property Manager of the year with the Arizona Multi Housing Association and holds the prestigious Certified Apartment Manager and Accredited Residential Manager designations. Mrs. Morganstern also holds certifications for the management of Low Income Tax Credit Housing and Public Housing units. She is currently active within the Arizona Multi-Housing Association.

In 2005, Ms. Garcia joined Scotia Group Management, LLC, and is currently the Regional Supervisor for 5 residential properties and 2 Home Owner Associations. Ms. Garcia also serves as Yardi Software Support, providing assistance and training to all sites for our industry software program. Ms. Garcia is responsible for mentoring and training new property managers. She has very strong organizational skills and works closely with on-site personnel to ensure that proper procedures are being followed for optimum property performance.

Ms. Garcia has more than 17 years experience in the Property Management field, including experience with Low Income Tax Credit Housing. Her current responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, and to insure that all properties are operating in compliance, within budget, and each team member is being developed to exceed full performance potential.

Ms. Garcia is currently active within the Arizona Multi-Housing Association, serving as a member of the Membership Committee, as well as the Big Hearts for Little Hands charity fund-raising committee. Ms. Garcia is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona and she holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation.

Ms. Radetski joined Scotia Group management, LLC in 2022 and is currently the Property Supervisor for 8 residential properties. She has strong organizational and interpersonal skills, working closely with her site teams to ensure team cohesiveness and support.

Ms. Radetski has more than 30 years experience in the Property Management industry, working with various types of communities in all areas of Tucson. Her responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring performance to budget, and both team and resident relations.

Ms. Radetski is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona and will be working towards other designations in the apartment industry. She has been nominated for a Community of the Year award with the Arizona Multi Housing Association, and has been a mentor Manager for several of her previous employers.
